Our leadership
Alistair Hazewinkel, MBA
CEO
Alistair is a climate tech entrepreneur. He has been involved with several technology startups, most recently as COO of a clean tech company with a consumer product division.
He has experience in both the public and private sectors and organizations both large and small. He lives in Calgary, Alberta with his wife and three children.
Admiral William Owens (ret.)
Board Chair
Admiral is a retired four-star U.S. Navy admiral. He was Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and was Commander of the U.S. Sixth Fleet from 1990 to 1992, which included Operation Desert
Storm. He began his military career as a nuclear submariner. He served on four strategic nuclear-powered submarines and three nuclear attack submarines, including tours as Commanding Officer of the USS Sam Houston, USS Michigan, and USS City of Corpus Christi. He currently serves as an executive in the private sector, as well as a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Christina is an experienced attorney licensed to practice in California and Washington. Extensive experience in a variety of healthcare and technology companies handling debt
financings, equity transactions, complex commercial contracts with vendors, partners and customers, GDPR, CCPA and general privacy issues, HIPAA compliance, and corporate matters.
